Production process
Case design
Based on photographs of the new Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and the original blueprints, a specialized illustrator creates the first sketches of the case. These are then used to generate a 3D simulation that allows the final design of this unique and exclusive piece to be visualized.
Mold creation and destruction
The case is manufactured using an injected ABS mold. Once dry, the mold is removed, producing the two halves of the piece. After the 2,998 units are completed, the mold is destroyed to guarantee the exclusivity of the work and to prevent future reproductions.
Case painting
Each case is individually painted with two coats of high-quality matte metallic paint. This process, carried out inside a specialized chamber, achieves a flawless, sophisticated, and elegant finish, in harmony with the image of the original stadium.
Review and placement of plaque and base feet
Each case is inspected by a master craftsman who rejects pieces that do not meet quality standards. Any minor imperfection is hand-polished, and at the base, a plaque is fixed, and feet are integrated to provide realism, stability, and exceptional presence.
Incorporation of the foam
To preserve every element of the work with the utmost care, high-quality black polyurethane foam is incorporated, strategically arranged both at the base and the cover. Its superior resistance and refined texture ensure complete and elegant protection.
Personalized plaque
The case, inspired by the new Santiago Bernabéu, is crowned with a metallic plaque featuring the Real Madrid crest. Customers are offered the possibility of personalizing a plate at no additional cost, if they wish.
Cutting of the Railings
From the original railings of the legendary Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, a limited number of fragments are carefully extracted. Each one is examined by experts before being silk-screened, thus preserving its authenticity and the historical value of this unique emblem.
Crest and numbering engraving
On each fragment taken from the original railing of the old stadium, included with the work, the Real Madrid crest and numbering (matching the number appearing in the volume) are laser engraved, ensuring the authenticity and uniqueness of every copy.
Printing of the book and historical documents
The volume, with over 400 pages, is printed on high-quality paper. The 12 historical documents are reproduced using highly precise techniques, achieving exact replicas, 100% faithful to the originals. The entire process is carried out under the supervision of the club’s leading heritage experts.
Crest stamping and binding
On the white cover of the volume, the Real Madrid crest is stamped in silver, evoking one of the club’s most representative symbols. The gathering of the signatures and the stitching are performed by hand. Afterwards, they are joined to the covers, and the historical documents are integrated into the volume.
Final assembly of all elements
The volume and the numbered fragment of the railing are placed inside the case, carefully fitted to ensure their perfect preservation. Once the case is closed, it is crowned with the personalized plaque, giving shape to a unique work that combines tradition, memory, and innovation.
Maximum protection
The case, with all its elements inside, is protected with a white bag bearing the Real Madrid crest and the ARTIKA logo, designed exclusively for this edition. This protective covering ensures maximum preservation and reinforces the distinctive character of the work.
